Some areas of this site, including trade pricing and the Academy, are intended for professional customers. Trade account applications are reviewed individually and we may ask for proof that you operate as a salon, spa, clinic or therapist.
Prices shown are in pounds sterling and are correct at the time of publication. We may update prices, pack contents and availability. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and we have accepted it.
Delivery timescales given on this site are estimates. We will always do our best to meet them, but we cannot be responsible for delays outside our control once an order has left us.
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can put it right. Sealed skincare products cannot be returned once they have been opened, for hygiene reasons.
Training videos, manuals, quizzes and marketing assets are provided for the use of you and your team. Please do not share, resell or republish them outside your own business.
The text, images, branding and product information on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may use the marketing assets we provide for promoting MONUSKIN products, but not for any other purpose.
We provide product and training information in good faith for professional use. You are responsible for carrying out treatments safely and in line with the training and protocols provided. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
