Onboarding Guide 2024
The team at Monuskin have been working hard over the past several months creating a new website and shopping experience for our valued trade partners. We hope you love what we have created which is based on the feedback recieved from trade partners and Monuskin team members.
Our new website is packed full of new features and is now integrated with the much loved MONUHUB, so everything is now in one place for you at www.monuskin.co.uk . We have teamed up with Candid, a wholesale tech specialist. This new ordering system will bring many benefits to our partners and our team and is a solid platform to develop more features over time.
We are here to help you get through the onboarding process to our new systems. Below you will find our guide, but If you need help at any time please reach out to our technical department at jason@monuskin.co.uk
Understanding the new system
We have three elements to our website, these are known as the ‘Front end’ , ‘Members area’ and the ‘Online Shop’
Front End
The front end is what everyone sees including potential customers. We do not display any individual product pricing on the front end.
Here you will find starter packs, product range overview, treatment guides, Ingredients list and video tutorials.
Members Area
The members area is password protected and only available to Monuskin Trade Partners.
You will need to set up an account to access this area. Please note this is different to the back end shopping account although you can use the same username and password should you wish to.
Online Shop
The Online Shop is only for Monuskin Trade customers and this is where you can place and track orders, check stock and manage your account.
You will discover a new shopping experience with extra features, such as profit calculations and access to other associated brands.
THE FRONT END
Re-design
Feedback: Retail customers often found themselves on the trade website and trade customers on the retail website causing confusion and a poor user expereince.
Changes: We have changed the look and feel of the trade website so it is clearly different than the retail one. You will notice that when you arrive at www.monuskin.co.uk you are presented with an option to go to our retail website thus directing visitors in the right direction.
Starter Packs
Feedback: Clients have mentioned that there are not many options for starter packs and often products have to be purchased that would never be used within their practice.
Changes: Our starter packs have been rebuilt from the ground up and are now based on treatments. Each starter pack provides everything required to complete the featured treatment. You can now join Monuskin on a ‘by treatment’ basis and build your practice how you want. This has also reduced entry costs and reduces waste.
Treatment Guides
Feedback: New clients found it hard to find which treatments we offer.
Changes: We have now merged Monuhub with our main website. A full list of treatments can be found on the treatments page. A guide for each treatment can be downloaded. Simply select a treatment and add to basket. Once you have selected the treatments you are interested in complete checkout for instant download - these are free of charge.
Active Ingredients
Feedback: Existing and Prospective Trade partners want to discover the difference that Monuskin has to offer.
Changes: Historically we have listed our main active ingredients on each product page. Now we feature these on a single page allowing our customers to discover a staggering 88 rich active ingredients used across our product ranges which makes Monuskin a unique natural skincare brand. Harnessing the goodness of nature is Monuskin’s core value.
Products
Feedback: Trade partners found it difficult to view the entire range of Monuskin Products.
Changes: Problem solved! We have now created a product page that showcases our entire product range. This page is a useful guide to see what Monuskin has to offfer, you may discover your new favourite product! You can download product guides for each section which provides more information. This page is just an overview and does not include pricing or in depth detail. Trade Partners can find information like this on the ‘Back End’ or ‘Members area’
Video Tutorials
Feedback: Trade partners wanted better access to treatment training.
Changes: By combining Monuhub we have created easier access to our online video training portal. We have also launched a new premium training feature. Currently our top four treatments have premium training videos that offer an extensive training module for each of the treatments. More of these are in production for additional treatments. These premium training videos require a annual subscription, however this is a lot less expensive than having in person training, offering faster, more affordable and a convienient training solution.
MEMBERS AREA
The members area hosts an extensive resource of information and tools for Monuskin Trade Partners.
The former Monuhub resource can now be found in the members area. Features include:

When you first visit the members area you will have to sign up. Once your application has been recieved and you have been verified as a Monuskin Trade Partner, you will have access to the membership area.
ONLINE SHOP
Following feedback from our valued trade partners we have teamed up with CANDID WHOLESALE who now host our new online shop.

Please note, due to data protection your previous Monuskin login and account details have been removed. You will need to create a new account.
Step one: Click here or click the Trade Shop button
Step two: Create a Candid Shopping account - Click the Create an Account link and follow the instructions
Step three: Once you account is created click the ‘catalog’ button and start shopping.
The next time you want to shop simply go to www.monuskin.co.uk and click the Shop Online button that can be found at the top and bottom of our website. Simply login with the email and password you created and proceed to shop using our online catlog.
